Detailed Itinerary

Day 1

Kochi

Pick up from COK Airport and in cab check into the hotel and then proceed to a guided Kochi Old city tour and explore Fort Kochi, Dutch Cemetery, Jewish Synagogue and St. Francis Church where mortal remains of Vasco da Gama are kept. Post lunch visit Kerala Folklore Museum at Thevara Ferry Road, Junction. In the evening do a heritage walk at Fort Kochi, enjoying the iconic Chinese fishing nets, walk in the Fort Kochi beach. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2

Vaikom

Cab pickup in the morning and proceed to the famous Vaikom backwaters to experience a slice of Kerala Villages. Enjoy the panoramic Kerala backwaters in small canoe while you pass thorough the small backwater channels. Visit an old house visit and meet the local community. Few activities planned: • Small channel backwater canoeing • Local village visit & interaction with community • Learn weave a mat. • Experience to weave a coconut leaf • Explore local crafts such as pottery etc • Learn to make coir rope • Authentic lunch with a Kerala family Close by evening and return to Kochi and overnight stay at Hotel

Day 3

Munnar

Check out of the hotel and cab transfer to Munnar, -The "tea garden hill station of Kerala". On the way visit Vallara and Cheeyappara waterfalls and Blossom Garden. Evening, enjoy the beauty of tea garden. Visit Eravikulam National Park to view endangered wild goat ' Nilgiri Tahr'.(National Park is Closed From 01st Feb to 15th Apr during breeding season). Visit Tea Museum and the Tea factory (Closed on Mondays and Good Friday), Mattupetty Dam and Kundala Lake. Overnight stay at the hotel. Note: For visit to Eravikulam National Park, advance ticket reservation is available at Wild Life Division office, Near Panchayat office, Munnar Town - Contact 04865 231587. Working Time 9am to 3pm

Day 4

Vattavada & Kanthalloor

Check out of the hotel and cab pickup in the morning and proceed to Kanthalloor sightseeing. Watch the making of world famous Marayur/ Kanthalloor Jaggery. Interact with tribal community and learn the making of medicinal lemon grass oil. Back home with wonderful memories of your trip.

      • One fully airconditioned luxury boat with one room, welcome drinks, Lunch, Evening Tea Snacks; only traditional Kerala food will be served on houseboat.
      • As per Government Regulation cruising will not permitted after 06.00PM.

    • Any other services or food which are not mentioned in the above "Includes" section.
    • The total vehicle kilometres are blocked at 650 kms. Anything additional will be charged extra at Rs.14/km Any such extra charges to be paid & settled directly with driver before closure of trip.
    • Expense of personal nature such as tips, laundry, telephones, beverages etc
    • Airfares and Train ticket charges if any
    • Christmas Eve /New year Eve supplement charges if applicable.

Terms & Conditions

  •  The itinerary is valid for maximum 4 (4 adults) paying person/s only.
  •  Slight alterations in the accommodation may become unavoidable due to unavailability of rooms in mentioned hotels, but the accommodation so provided will be of   the same class.
  •  Check in time 1400 Hrs and Check out time 1200 Hrs for all hotels
  •  Vehicle at disposable from 8 AM to 8 PM as per above itinerary. Any additional sightseeing will be charged extra.
  •  The food service at respective hotels depends on hotel occupancy. In case of low occupancy, a set menu for a fixed price will be provided by the hotel as per your   chosen food plan.
