Your service contract is with BellCherry Ventures OPC (P) Ltd. A contract exists between us when you used we have confirmed you on our tour package or any other travel related services of your choice and we have received your booking request and deposits. All correspondence/s in respect of Tours / Travel Service bookings should be addressed to BellCherry Ventures OPC (P) Ltd.
Once you confirm the choice of package and travel plans, do inform our travel desk or the concerned officer. They will send a confirmation email with all details including our account number as well link to transfer 50% advance through our website. This is necessary to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount should be paid 15 days before commencement of your tour. In case of readymade packages, you may click on the book now button and you will be getting a confirmation email with details of booking and payment reference number. Our website accepts all major Indian & International credit and debit cards where there will be an additional 2.36% & 3.54% respectively as convenience charges. You may also make payment through net banking of any of the major Indian banks respective net banking options and the amount will be automatically debited from your account www.virginlocales.comprocesses payments through an online gateway system which enables safe and secure transactions. Once you transfer advance, booking will be initiated.
We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services. Apart from the above in some cases like special train journeys like Palace on Wheels, hotel or resort bookings during the high peak tourist season (X-Mas, New Year) full payment is required to be sent in advance.
We will check hotel availability and would inform you if any of the hotels selected is not available and will be giving other options with cost difference.
Once booking is completed you will receive Hotel/Cab/Houseboat vouchers (This takes one to two week depends on rush as we need to get email confirmation from hotels before sending voucher). Cab details will be forwarded through SMS one day prior to arrival.
Prior to 15 days of arrival the balance of 50% to be made.
Tour once commenced will strictly proceed as per the itinerary finalised. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and wellbeing of our esteemed passengers. In any case if you want to change the itinerary, it can be done by paying additional charges which will be communicated to you at the time of confirmation of such changes.
All cancellations should be intimated through an email and refund policy will be effective from the date of receipt of this communication. Refund for cancellation is as mentioned below with a minimum cancellation amount of Rs. 1000/- + cancellation/retention charges as per respective hotel/houseboat/vehicle policy.
Above 30 days - 0%
29 to 15 days - 30%
15 to 0 days - 100%
However, during the peak season, the cancellation policy may change based on the terms and conditions as applicable at various hotels and houseboats.
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account or to a bank account, the applicable bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
